It’s September 15th. We have 12 business days left to close out the month and quarter strong.
But let’s be honest… the past two weeks have been heavy. Between the horrific violence we’ve witnessed in Charolette, NC on the bus, school shootings, and the assassination of Charlie Kirk. People are hurting. There’s a darkness hanging over things right now, and this is exactly why leaders have to step up.
That means us.
This is our moment to be a positive voice. To bring encouragement. To show empathy. To offer a listening ear. And yes, to be bold in our faith and leadership.
If you’ve followed me for any length of time, you know I talk openly about my faith in Jesus. He is the foundation of my life and the answer to true success. So today, I encourage you to do three things:
- Take time to pray.
- Take time to think.
- Take time to encourage someone around you (write down a list of a few people to call this week and encourage).
Seek Him today.
And from a work perspective, stay focused on the important activity. Double down on the activities that truly matter. What 2 or 3 opportunities can you focus on before the end of the Quarter to drive more new revenue? Focus your sales effort there.
