Remember:
The best reps aren’t winging it.
They’re executing with tactical precision.
So here is how to WIN:
✔️ Focus on accounts/deals that can actually move the needle. How much do you need to hit plan? Reverse engineer.
✔️ Where are the mutual wins & EOY deals still possible in your business?
✔️ Only spend your time on the Important needle moving activities. And always have a plan.
At this point in the year, you have to realize that most of the hard work has been done. You don’t need more hustle.
You need more intentionality.
Map out your next 12 selling days.
Prioritize and sharpen your pen on the deals can drive real impact. Then go have the appropriate conversations.
Finish with purpose, poise and laser focus. Stay Cool.
A guy on my team used to say “ABC – Always Be Cool.” – I love that!
But don’t miss this:
Your identity is not in your outcome.
Whether you hit the number or not, your worth doesn’t shift. Obviously do everything in your power to hit.
But remember: You’re Rooted. Anchored. Called to be excellent because of who you already are.
This final sprint? It’s not about proving yourself.
It’s about showing up like someone who’s already grounded in truth.
Finish strong. Serve your customers with a smile. Walk in ready this week!
