What’s up Relentless Family? Welcome to 2026!
I hope everyone had a great Christmas and New Year’s.
Well, we’re back at it—whether we like it or not 😊
I always enjoy New Year’s and the close of the year. Not only do I love catching up with my family in Orlando, FL, but I also really enjoy taking the time to reflect and review the previous year. One afternoon on the back porch, my dad—Chief—and I talked through the highs and lows of 2025.
He said something simple but powerful that stuck with me: “You know Jon, there is no success without sacrifice.” Those words although simple were profound… it got me thinking.
As I look back on 2025 I’m challenged with my dad’s words: it’s clear—there were plenty of sacrifices and a ton of hard work.
That said, as I look ahead to 2026, I know my “good performance” from last year can always get better. That has me more motivated than ever to continue to pursue greatness and stay in the proverbial deep end of the pool with work this year.
So the question I have is: How HUNGRY are you this year? How bad do you want to make this year a success?
The only way we’re going to win is by getting out there serving our customers, and staying focused on generating new business. That’s our mission.
Hunt—New Business. That’s my motto for 2026.
So I’ll leave you with the same question my dad asked me:
How much are you willing to sacrifice this year? No success will come unless you are willing to sacrifice.
