As the year kicks off, it’s critical to know what matters most to your best customers. A lot of us think we know our customers top priorities—but do we actually know what’s going on?

Take the time this week slow down, check in and “ask”. “What’s on your hot plate this year Mr./Mrs. Customer?”
Truly listen.
Step back and think about this year from their perspective.

Genuinely ask what’s going on.

If you do this right, you will uncover patterns, insights, or ideas that could shift the entire trajectory of your year.
