Today’s encouragement is simple to say, but tougher to implement, especially in sales:
What is a WIN for YOU this year?
What do you actually want?
- Is it to exceed quota?
- Earn more commission? If so, how much?
- Build momentum that lasts all year?
Whatever it is—define it clearly and write it down. Remember it is impossible to grow and improve without change. What small tweaks do you need to make this year?
My go-to habits that will move you toward it:
- Schedule Early Business Reviews (especially with your best customers).
- Communicate with clarity to your customers. Don’t be vague
- Qualify the “real” opportunities early (don’t lie to yourself).
- Eliminate daily distractions—focus only on revenue-generating activities
- Buy a “Brick” to block social media during selling hours (I’m not affiliated).
Don’t overcomplicate it.
Define your WIN.
Write it down.
Then go out and make it happen this week!
