This week we’re kicking off Law #1: Organized Salespeople Win.

Recently, a friend asked me:

“Jon, if I dropped you into another territory anywhere in the country… how would you know you’d succeed?”

I smiled because after 16+ years in sales, I finally have a better understanding on what creates consistent success.

Early in your career, you stay busy:

  • You run around taking massive action
  • You call every customer you can
  • You chase “maybes”
  • You drive all over the city
  • You fill every hour of the week

Can you relate??

But at the end of it all, you still can’t clearly point to what actually moved the needle.

Because I believe busy doesn’t build success.

A Winning Sales Structure does.

Structure creates clarity.
Clarity creates confidence.
Confidence creates execution.
Execution creates results.

The best salespeople are not simply harder workers.
They are more intentional workers.

They know:

  • Where they’re going
  • Who they need to see & why
  • Which accounts matter most and the opportunities within
  • How to prioritize their time
  • How to build repeatable momentum

That starts with organization.

This week’s challenge:
