What’s up, Relentless Fam — and Happy Memorial Day! So grateful for all the men and women who have served our country.

I’m fired up to share this new B2B sales framework — as this is the exact system I’ve used to build structure, consistency, and winning territory execution.
But once we get organized and know our plan of attack, we have to get our intent right before we run full speed into our territory.
That’s where Law #2 comes in.
Whether you’ve been in sales for 20 years or you’re just getting started, your attitude, motives, and intent matter.
Relentless salespeople keep the main thing the main thing:
Serve the customer. Solve the problem. Create value.
Yes — we need to qualify opportunities quickly and determine whether there’s a strong mutual fit. As one of my mentors, Mike Weinberg, says: identify whether they are truly an ideal prospective customer.
But we do that with the right heart and the right intent.
Zig Ziglar famously said:
“You can have everything in life you want, if you will just help enough other people get what they want.”
That’s sales at its best.
We are problem-solvers and servant leaders.
Our products, solutions, and services are the tools we use to help people win.
So how’s your heart toward your customers?
How’s your intent?
