Good morning, Relentless Fam! Happy Monday! 💪

I hope everyone had a great weekend!

Our little one, Reese, celebrated her 2nd birthday this weekend, and we had an absolute blast! If you'd like to see a few pictures, check them out on my Instagram.

Well... we officially wrapped up the 10 Laws of High-Performance Selling series. Whew! I hope it's encouraged you and challenged you in your sales and leadership!

I'd love to hear your feedback. Which law impacted you the most?

Shoot me a text at 404-272-5236 and let me know.

Well, we only have five days left in the month, and if you're anything like me, you need a BIG WEEK before we turn the page.

I came across this timeless quote recently and haven’t been about to stop thinking about it:

"Not doing more than average is what keeps the average down."
— William Winans

The quote hit me!

No matter how this year has gone so far, we're now in the second half of the year. Just like a marathon, we've made the turn. The runners who finish strong (and win) don’t slow down, but actually increase their focus, sharpen their execution, and find another gear.

Quick halftime review.

Ask yourself:

• What's working this year?
• What isn't working?
• Have I been focused on the highest-value activities?
• Has my effort truly matched my goals?
• What one adjustment could change the rest of my year?

Take some time during your non-selling hours this week to think through those questions.

Then make the appropriate adjustments.

Because what I’ve come to realize is: Average is expensive.

It costs opportunities. It costs sales growth. It costs earned income. It costs influence. Most importantly, it costs us the impact we were created to make.

Don't settle for average.

One of my favorite authors, John Mason, says it this way:

"The most disappointed people in the world are those who get just what is coming to them—and no more. There are a lot of ways to become a failure, but never taking a chance is the most successful. Some things have to be believed to be seen. Attempt something so fantastic that unless God is in it, it's destined for failure. Don't bother with small plans; they motivate no one. Nothing significant was ever accomplished by a realistic person."

I love that challenge.

Swing for the fences this week!!

And if one of your goals for the second half of the year is to win more new business and sharpen your sales execution, I'd love for you to check out my new course, THE HUNT.

THE HUNT is the practical execution system I've used throughout my sales career to prioritize the right accounts, manage my territory intentionally, and consistently close more business.

🎯 Use code HUNT20 before August 1 to save 20%.
