 – Put a genuine smile to every customer interaction. A wise leader in my company once told me, we have the opportunity each day to give or take energy. My advice is to always bring JOY and positive energy.

 – Infuse every interaction with positively and authenticity. Find the “How” – how do we make this happen Mr./Mrs. Customer.
