At the end of the day, the answer in sales is always the same: new business generation. Whether it’s growing our market share with our best customers or closing new opportunities, that’s how we make it happen this quarter — and this year!

That said, growth doesn’t come without some discomfort. It means pushing ourselves: doing the work, asking the tough questions, and being intentional with our time and strategy. But if we lean into that with effort and passion, we’re setting ourselves up for a standout year. Ultimately, it’s about being FULLY COMMITTED and on mission for advancing your business, growing your marketing share and competing to WIN.

What are 1 to 3 new business opportunities you can pursue this quarter that would truly move the needle for your month, quarter — and your year? Write it down focus heavily on those KEY opportunities and remind yourself to be FULLY COMMITTED.
