What’s UP, Relentless Fam!
Hope you all had an awesome weekend.
As we head into the final stretch of the month and quarter, I wanted to share a quick conversation that stuck with me, and might help you, too!
I had a great conversation last week with my good friend Johnathan, a top-tier sales performer who’s been crushing his plan for 15+ years. I asked him what’s kept him consistent, and here’s what he shared:
- Sell the bag – Don’t overlook a single product or service offering. Literally try to sell everything in your portfolio.
- Be data-driven – Let data guide your activity—not feelings or emotions. (Yes, this is hard, but critical.)
- Track weekly progress – Avoid the daily noise; measure momentum in weekly sprints.
- Focus on the annual plan – The big picture is what really matters.
- Prepare for the worst, stay positive – Resilience + consistency = long-term success.
- Keep your mindset level – The lows aren’t as low as they seem, and the highs won’t carry you forever. Stay steady.
Let’s go out and win this week. If you’ve earned some goodwill from your customers, don’t be afraid to call it in. Finish strong.
Let’s go win this week. Ask for those favors from customers if you’ve earned them. Close strong.
