Several years ago, I was grinding through one of the toughest capital sales deals of my career.

Big opportunity. High stakes. Months in the making.
And at one point I received strong push back from a few key stakeholders.

I remember calling my manager (one of the best leaders I’ve ever worked with); Tired. Frustrated. Ready to vent (possibly quit, lol).

He said something I’ve never forgotten:

“Jonny, remember—there’s ALWAYS, ALWAYS, ALWAYS a way.”

At the time, I nodded. I heard the words.
But I didn’t fully understand.

Weeks later, after grueling meetings, tough stakeholder conversations, lots of effort… and plenty of doubt, the deal finally closed WON.

That’s when I remembered his words.

The lesson wasn’t about having the perfect strategy.
It was about staying in the fight (massive action).
Refusing to quit (Relentless will to find a way).

And Having the mindset that it was still possible to get the deal done (both inside and outside your organization).

So today, I want to speak to the seller who’s running on fumes.
To the one wondering if this quarter can still turn around (it can by the way!).

-Keep showing up.
-Keep pressing forward.
-There is always a way.

Two big days left before Q4! Finish strong.
You’ve got what it takes!
