What’s up, Relentless Fam?!
I hope you had a FUN and relaxing weekend.
It’s officially November and now we enter the stretch that separates the good from the GREAT. October is over and in the books.
So, here’s the question: Did you finish strong, or is November your comeback month?
Either way, the mission is clear: FOCUS.
Nov/Dec is not the season for farming or experimenting. This is Big Game Hunting Season. And do you know the number one reason sales reps fall short in Q4?
Broken focus.
Sales quotas come up short this time of year primarily due to: Massive distractions, Customers & buyers on vacations, holiday plans, kids school, fatigue, even early celebrations. But the best? They lock in. They stay extremely organized (they Plan, Plan, Plan) and separate the urgent from the important.
Have you used the Eisenhower Matrix before? (If not, Google it and pin it somewhere visible.) It’s a powerful tool to help you prioritize what truly matters—and ignore the noise.
Ask yourself:
- What deals are still on the table that I can realistically close this year?
- Where do I need to double-down and close?
- What relationships need a final push toward decision? Is there anything I can do to sweeten the deal and close strong?
🎯 Now is the time for laser focus.
Zero in. Eliminate the unimportant. Show up early, stay locked-in, and finish strong.
But don’t forget this: Sales is still FUN.
We get paid to solve problems, serve people, and make a real impact. That’s pretty amazing when you think about it!
Let’s make this week count. You have what it takes!
Stay focused. Stay faithful. Stay RELENTLESS!
